How SIA Inc. handles personal information in our iOS and macOS applications
Note: The authoritative version of this Privacy Policy is the Japanese version. This English translation is provided for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Introduction
SIA Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of customers who use our applications distributed on the App Store ("the Apps") and is committed to protecting personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in our Apps.
Covered Applications
This Privacy Policy applies to all iOS and macOS applications provided by SIA Inc. on the App Store.

Information We Collect
Our Apps respect your privacy to the fullest extent and collect only the minimum necessary information.
Information We Do NOT Collect
Our Apps do NOT collect the following information:
- Personally identifiable information such as name, address, or phone number
- Location data
- Access to contacts
- Access to photo library (except for camera apps)
- Health data
- Financial information
App-Specific Information Handling
Each app processes only the information necessary to provide its functionality, and this processing occurs locally on your device:
Camera Apps
Apps like "BUG CAMERA" that use camera functionality process captured images only on your device. No images are transmitted to external servers.
Network Apps
Apps like "Tezar" and "Vista Browser" that perform network communication only conduct the communications necessary for their functionality.
Data Storage and Management
Local Storage
Data generated and saved by our Apps is, in principle, stored only on your device.
- Settings: App settings are stored on your device
- Created data: Data created within the app is stored on your device
- Cache: Temporary cache data is stored on your device and deleted when the app is uninstalled
iCloud Sync
Some apps may offer data synchronization through iCloud. In such cases, data is synchronized through Apple's iCloud service. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud usage.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not disclose your information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When we have your consent
- When necessary to protect human life, body, or property
Advertising and Analytics
Advertising
Our paid apps do not contain advertisements. Currently, we do not display advertisements in any of our free apps either.
Analytics Tools
Some apps may use App Analytics provided by Apple for the purpose of improving our apps. The collected data is anonymized and cannot identify individuals.
Children's Privacy
For apps designed for children, such as "BUG CAMERA," we have implemented special considerations:
- No personal information is collected
- No advertisements are displayed
- No links to external websites are included
- No in-app purchases are offered
Security
We implement the following security measures to protect your information:
- App development in compliance with the latest security standards
- Regular security updates
- Compliance with Apple's App Transport Security (ATS)
We are certified for ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) and manage information based on an information security management system.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice due to amendments to laws and regulations or changes in app functionality. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
